This Privacy Policy explains how Allurify ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Allurify mobile app. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Photos you provide. When you take or upload a photo, that photo is uploaded to our servers and processed by third-party artificial-intelligence services so we can analyze your appearance and generate your results. Photos are used only to produce your results and the related features in the app.
- Quiz answers. The responses you give in the in-app questionnaire, used to personalize your results and plan.
- Purchase information. If you subscribe, our payments provider (RevenueCat, together with Apple) processes your subscription status. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Usage and device data. Basic technical and usage information (such as device type and app interactions) used to operate and improve the app.
How we use your information
- To analyze your photo and generate your score, plan, and guides.
- To personalize your experience and improve the app.
- To process and manage your subscription.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
How your photo is handled
Your photo is uploaded for the sole purpose of AI analysis to generate your results. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them for advertising. Photos are processed by trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality obligations.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the app — including AI processing providers, our backend and hosting provider, and our subscription provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store subscription settings.
Children
Allurify is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
